#CMT# #/CMT# The cutter has a plate (15) connected to a tray (13) and carrying the product to be cut into slices. A stop device is adjustable with respect to a rotating blade by fitting a driving mechanism (55). A monobloc case (17) encloses the blade and the mechanism, and is closed and watertight. A slider has a rail (14a) fixed at the interior of the case, and a blocking/releasing unit blocks/releases the tray. The rail is equipped of a hole in which either a blocking slug (45) interdependent of a control system of the tray or another slug (46) associated with the mechanism is engaged. #CMT# : #/CMT# METALLURGY- The tray, the plate, the stop device and the case are made of stainless steel. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Electric delicatessen cutter. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The cutter preserves a total sealing of the case during normal position of work or during washing. The rail is equipped of the hole in which either the blocking slug interdependent of the control system of the tray or another slug associated with the mechanism, is engaged, thus providing a total sealing at the level of the slider for allowing jet cleaning and quick washing of the cutter without introducing water through an opening.
