A bed mattress is provided to improve general productivity by allowing manufacturing spring assembly bodies more easily and rapidly. A bed mattress comprises: a fabric cover(2); multiple spring assembly bodies(1) included in the fabric cover and providing cushioning force, each of which includes multiple spring members(20) arranged in a grid structure, a pair of square shaped frame members(10) comprising four linear type steel wires(11) and a connecting member(12) made of plastic, and a metal band(30) to combine and fix the upper and lower part of the frame member and spring member respectively.
