A display module and a mobile terminal having the same are provided to protect an LCD and reinforce the mechanical strength of the LCD by expanding the area of grounding to lower the effects of static electricity and offer a reliable environment. A display module(200) is comprised of an LCD module(210), an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board) module(220), and a conductive reinforcement member(230). The LCD module(210) receives a signal containing certain information and outputs an image. The FPCB module(220), connected with a main substrate, receives a signal containing certain information from the main substrate, processes the signal, and delivers it to the LCD module(210). The conductive reinforcement member(230), attached between the LCD module(210) and the FPCB module(220), reinforces the strength of the LCD module(210). The conductive reinforcement member(230) is entirely or partially formed of a conductor so that the LCD module(210) and the FPCB module(220) can be grounded.
