PURPOSE: A continuous dredging and dehydrating system is provided to environmentally-friendly reduce the use of water by transmitting dehydration filtrate and reusing the dehydration filtrate. CONSTITUTION: A continuous dredging and dehydrating system includes a water collecting bath(10), a disk vibration screen(20), a dredging truck(30), a dehydrator(40), a dehydration filtrate storing tank(50). The water collecting bath includes a hydraulic underwater sludge pump(11), a cutting hood, and a mixing hood(15). The hydraulic underwater sludge pump pumps sludge. The disk vibration screen filters impurities from sludge and wastewater. The dredging truck collects sludge and wastewater without the impurities. The dehydrator separates and dehydrates the sludge and the wastewater into cakes and dehydration filtrate. |
