PURPOSE: A water supplying apparatus for the generation of thermal power is provided to prevent the damage of a power generating facility due to foreign materials contained in water by using purified water for power generating processes. CONSTITUTION: A water supplying apparatus for the generation of thermal power includes a first water collecting part(10), a second water collecting part(20), a third water collecting part(30), a tank(40), a water purifying part(50). The first water collecting part collects filtered river bed water and eliminates foreign material from the water. The second water collecting part collects seawater and eliminates foreign materials and salinity from the water. The third water collecting part collects wastewater and eliminates foreign materials from the wastewater. The third collecting part supplies treated water to the second water collecting part. Water from the first water collecting part and the second water collecting part is contained in the tank. The water from the tank is converted into pure water by the water purifying part.
