PURPOSE: A three-dimensional block type soundproof panel is provided to detachably fix front plates without a separate fixing element and to easily replace a part of the front plates without disassembling a soundproof panel. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional block type soundproof panel comprises an open-front frame(2), one or more front plates(3), and a sound-absorbing material. The open-front frame comprises a holding piece(24) and a supporting piece that are integrated on the top and bottom surfaces thereof. The upper holding part of a front plate is caught on the holding piece. The supporting piece supports a supporting piece(33) formed on the underside of the front plate. The front plate has the upper holding part, support bars which is extended to the rear plate of the frame to keep the holding part pressed onto the rear side of the holding piece, and wedge type elastic loops which have an inclination angle corresponding to the inclination of the underside of the frame.
