A bottom ash compaction pile construction method is provided to solve environmental and economic problems by forming a compaction pile with bottom ash under the soft ground and recycling as a drain material, to secure excellent bearing capacity by forming the composite ground with bottom ash and the soft ground, and to shorten a period of improvement by having excellent water permeability. A bottom ash compaction pile construction method for forming a compaction pile with bottom ash under the soft ground and utilizing as a drain material comprises the steps of: forming many boring holes to the appointed depth to the soft ground; supplying bottom ash to the boring holes; applying vibration load or impact load to the supplied bottom ash; and supplying bottom ash and applying vibration load or impact load to the bottom ash repeatedly, thereby forming a bottom ash compaction pile.
