A lower part parts assembly method for railway vehicle

PURPOSE: A method for assembling the lower parts of a railway vehicle is provided to improve work efficiency by simultaneously and accurately performing the connection works of cable ducts and electric boxes. CONSTITUTION: A method for assembling the lower parts of a railway vehicle is as follows. Cable ducts(220) are placed on a jig(210). Multiple long and short part mounting bars(230) are arranged on the tops of the cable ducts. Air tubes(240) and electric boxes(250) are placed on the part mounting bars and the jig. The cable ducts and the electric boxes are arranged in a modular shape by connecting the cable ducts to the electric boxes through electric wires. The jig is lifted up and is coupled to an under frame of a railway vehicle.
