PURPOSE: A control information exchanging method for efficient wireless resource management is provided to efficiently manage wireless resources to transmit uplink control information. CONSTITUTION: A base station(202) sets at least one of available component carriers in a terminal(201). The base station receives wireless channel information for the set component carrier from the terminal. The base station determines a component carrier to activate among the component carriers. The base station directs to activate the determined component carrier. The base station transmits scheduling information and control information related to setup.
