PURPOSE: A breaking device using contact with a curved surface is provided to perform breaking processing in the unloading process of a substrate by expanding an elastic tape with a protruded body. CONSTITUTION: A breaking device using contact with a curved surface comprises a substrate aligning module. The substrate aligning module comprises a plate assembly, a light source(340), a protruded body(350), and a light receiving sensor. The substrate placing part of the plate assembly can change. The light source emits light to a substrate from the bottom. The protruded body is arranged in the inner space of the plate assembly. The convex surface of the protruded body faces upward. The light receiving sensor senses light, which is emitted from the light source and penetrates the protruded body.
