PURPOSE: An insulating board, an installing method thereof, and an LNG tank comprising the insulating board are provided to reduce a working time period and enhance productivity by completing an installing work only by sliding coupling of an upper insulating board and a connecting board. CONSTITUTION: An insulating board(100) comprises lower insulating boards(110), an upper insulating board(140), a secondary barrier(120), and a connecting board(150). The lower insulating boards are arranged on the inner wall of inner hull at regular intervals. The upper insulating board is formed in a shape of polyhedron with a smaller area than that of the lower insulating board. The upper insulating board is installed on the lower insulating board. The secondary barrier is installed on neighboring lower insulating boards. The connecting board is coupled between neighboring upper insulating boards.
