PURPOSE: A reinforcing member for a primary barrier of an LNG storage tank and method of repairing the corrugation portion of the primary barrier comprising the same are provided to enable a corrugation portion to be simply repaired by removing only the deformed region of the corrugation portion of a primary barrier. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing member(30) reinforcing the corrugation portion of a primary barrier comprises a support(31), a bottom unit(33), and an insulating member(90). The support supports the corrugation portion and is extended along the extension of the corrugation portion. The bottom unit is integrated with the support and makes contact with an insulating board. The insulating member covers the outer surface of the support.
