PURPOSE: A producing method of dendropanax morbifera tea having rich flavor and taste is provided to prevent the evaporation of the unique flavor of dendropanax morbifera during a drying process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of dendropanax morbifera tea comprises the following steps: heating dendropanax morbifera ingredients at 200-250 deg C(S21); rubbing the heated dendropanax morbifera ingredients for removing the skin, and crushing the ingredients(S13); roasting the crushed dendropanax morbifera ingredients for 2-3 times at 200-250 deg C(S14); storing the roasted dendropanax morbifera ingredients in a sealed container at 30-60 deg C for 2-7 days for aging(S15); heating the aged dendropanax morbifera ingredients at 100-150 deg C(S16); and sterilizing the heated dendropanax morbifera ingredients before packaging(S17).
