PURPOSE: A cold and hot water supply system is provided to reduce the waste of water by circulating residual water in a mixed water pipe to a heating device. CONSTITUTION: A cold and hot water supply system comprises a cold water supply pipe(10), a heating device(20), a mixed water control valve(30), a mixed water pipe(40), a connection pipe(50), a residual water circulation control valve(60), a residual water circulation pipe(70), a residual water circulation pump(80), and a control unit. The cold water supply pipe supplies cold water to the heating device and the mixed water control valve. The heating device heats the supplied cold water. The mixed water control valve mixes the cold water with the hot water flowing from the heating device and discharges the mixed water to the mixed water pipe. The connection pipe connects the cold water supply pipe to the mixed water pipe. The residual water circulation control valve is installed in the connection pipe. The residual water circulation pipe is installed in a first cold water branch pipe(12). The residual water circulation pump is installed in the residual water circulation pipe. The control unit circulates residual water in the mixed water pipe to the heating device through the connection pipe, the cold water supply pipe, and the residual water circulation pipe.
