System for Dewatering and Reducing quantity of Organic sludge by Two step Electrolysis with Matrix type electrode

PURPOSE: A system for solubilizing and dehydrating organic sludge based on a two-stepped electrolyzing method is provided to reduce the moisture content rate of dehydrated cakes by dehydrating solubilizing sludge based on two electrolyzing baths. CONSTITUTION: A system for solubilizing and dehydrating organic sludge based on a two-stepped electrolyzing method includes a bio-reactor(1), a precipitating bath(2), a primary electrolyzing bath(3), and a secondary electrolyzing bath(4). The bio-reactor introduces sewage and wastewater and biologically treats the sewage and the wastewater. The precipitating bath introduces floating material mixed water and solid-liquid separates the mixed water. Treated water is discharged. The primary electrolyzing bath introduces the separated sludge and concentrates the sludge based on an electrolysis-floating technique. An electrode(3-1) is installed in the primary electrolyzing bath. The concentrated sludge is introduced into the secondary electrolyzing bath to be solubilized. A multilayer structured electrode(4-1) is installed in the secondary electrolyzing bath.
