PURPOSE: An airtight-type anaerobic livestock excrement compost manufacturing method is provided to cost-effectively eliminate bad odor and generate combustion gas by introducing plenty of livestock excrement into a small space and maintaining a complete anaerobic condition. CONSTITUTION: An airtight-type anaerobic livestock excrement compost manufacturing method includes the following: an organic material and a water controller are mixed; the mixed organic material is collected in a bale form; the organic material of the bale form is coated with vinyl to be sealed; and a gas discharging unit is installed at the coated bale. The mixing process is implemented while methane fermenting bacillus or lactobacillus is supplied. In the gas discharging unit process, a tube(42) is installed to collect gas to a pipe(45).
