PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing Dendropanax morbifera Lev. extract is provided to ensure skin stability, safety, and moisturizing. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin whitening contains 1-70 wt% of mixture containing: 100 weight parts of medicinal herb ingredients including Portulaca oleracea, Citrus tangerine, and alkekengi fruit; and 500 weight parts of Dendropanax morbifera Lev. extract. The composition further contains 1-5 wt% of snail mucus and Cudrania tricuspidata BUREAU or Glycyrrhiza extract.
