<p>PURPOSE: A RAID controller with multi PCI bus switching is provided to control synchronization of data signals transmitted/received between a host and a memory disc, thereby supporting a high speed data processing speed for a memory disc. CONSTITUTION: A disc mount(850B) is coupled with an SSD(Semiconductor Storage Device) memory disc unit set including a volatile semiconductor memory set. A disc monitoring unit(860B) is combined with the disc mount. The disc monitoring unit monitors the SSD memory disk unit set. A disc PnP(Plug and Play) controller(870B) is combined with the disc monitoring unit and the disc mount. The disc PnP controller control the disc mount.</p> |
