PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding device of a bale of rubber capable of being easily maintained, preventing a metal component from being included into the bale of rubber, and preventing a failure of the molding device in a molding process of the bale of rubber, and a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: The molding device 2 of a bale of rubber has a cavity mold 4 for storing a rubber-like polymer 10 before being molded, a ram head 6 capable of moving the inside of the cavity 4, and an opening cover 8 for opening and closing an opening of the cavity mold 4. The bale of rubber 24 is molded by compressing the rubber-like polymer 10 before being molded by the ram head 6 and the opening cover 8. A resin-made liner 20 is detachably mounted to the ram head 6 so that metal is not exposed to the inner wall side of the cavity mold 4. A resin-made cover bottom plate 22 is detachably mounted to the opening cover 8 so that the metal is not exposed to the side of the cavity mold 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
