摘要 PURPOSE: A nano-composite and a light emitting element package including the same are provided to improve the affinity to various matrices of the nano-composite and to stabilize nano-particles by including nano-particles and a silicon compound. CONSTITUTION: A nano-composite includes nano-particles and a silicon compound. The silicon compound is bonded to the surface of the nano-particles and is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, the R1, the R2, the R3, the R6, the R7, the R8, and the R9 are respectively methyl group or hydrogen; the R4 and the R5 are respectively aromatic hydrocarbon; the R6 is hydrogen, methyl group, or phenyl group; the Fn is NH_2, SH, COOH, CO(S)H, PPR3, or P(O)PR3; the x and the y are the integer of 1 to 100; and n is the integer of 1 to 100. The molecular weight of the silicon compound is in a range between 200 and 50,000. The nano-particles are one or more selected from silica, carbon black, metal powder, metal oxide, and quantum dots. The light emitting element package includes a light emitting diode element mounted on a substrate and a molding member covering the light emitting diode element and is dispersed with the nano-composite.
