HEATING THE REAR OF LOW DEGRADATION SILICON THIN FILM PHOTOVOLTAICS USING OWN POWER

摘要

PURPOSE: A silicon thin film solar cell with low deterioration is provided to prevent damage and malfunction due to deterioration by increasing temperature at a back side of a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A heating layer(150) is arranged in one side of a first aspect cell(100a) and a second solar cell(100b). The heating layer is electrically connected with the second solar cell. The first solar cell and the second solar cell are integrally formed. The heating layer includes a hot wire. A temperature sensor(160) measures the temperature of the solar cell.
