FIELD: ore-dressing equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied to washing of clay sands, preferably hardly washable diamond-bearing sands and other natural resources. Spiral disintegrator is intended for release of useful component from clay sands in the water media. The disintegrator consists of horizontal working element made as conveyer screw which has possibility to rotate inside the hod, the device for discharging of washed material, device supplying water to hod and at least one drain threshold used for slam removal. Abrading spiral of the conveyer screw is installed on the shaft and has clearance necessary to move material to discharge device during opposite rotation direction and continuous supply of initial feed. At this the size of clearance shall be three times more than the maximum size of initial feed piece. ^ EFFECT: increase the quality of desintegration. ^ 3 cl, 19 dwg |
