METHOD FOR CHOICE OF TREATMENT TACTICS FOR PATIENTS WITH GLIOMAS OF LOW MALIGNANCY DEGREES

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the field of medicine and can be used for treatment of patients with brain glioma. For choice of treatment tactics with gliomas of low malignancy degree there are clinical diagnostic tests, morphologic examination of tumor tissue capillaries in order to detect the endothelium swelling. If there is an endothelium swelling in at least one capillary, then radiotherapy in hypofractionated mode is prescribed. If there is no endothelium swelling of tumor capillaries, the radiotherapy is performed in standard fractioning mode or is not prescribed at all. ^ EFFECT: method provides for exact determination of possibility of malignization and relapse formation, optimization of treatment tactics for this patient category in every age group and increase of life comfort. ^ 1 dwg, 4 ex, 2 dwg
