FIELD: video-surveillance devices. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the video-surveillance devices and can be applied for twenty-for-hour control of the traffic condition on traffic-intersections; video cameras are located on traffic intersections and the received information from the video cameras via the data transmitting system is transferred to the central panel of reception, registration, recording, and processing of the received data; at the central panel the video cameras data is processed and transferred to the control room of the live broadcasting studio wherein by means of a set of equipment for analysis and processing the data received from the central panel is formed by means of multiplexing or squaring and then displayed on the screen for the target user; at that there can be applied any of the existing systems for transferring the processed data to the target user, for example, the system of television cables with its help the online video-picture is transmitted from the video cameras located at traffic intersections; the online data received from the video surveillance units is displayed on the screen of the monitor of the target user and each window of the information displayed on the screen is accompanied with a titer denoting the location spot of the information source and/or any sign on the site-map. ^ EFFECT: invention enhances the efficiency of the video surveillance of traffic intersections. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg. |
