FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device has starting tuned circuit 1 incorporating direct-current supply and starting inductance coil with electric steel core. Branch used for tracking tuned circuits 1 and 2 has controlled high-voltage semiconductor component, high-voltage diode, and starting resistor rated at desired current value interconnected in series in direction of electron flow within tuned-circuit 1. Starting tuned circuit 2 also has controlled high-voltage semiconductor component and high-voltage diode interconnected in series in direction of electron flow from starting tuned circuit 1. Control electrodes of controlled semiconductor components in starting tuned circuits 1 and 2 are connected to outputs of start electronic unit. Branch used for tracking starting tuned circuit 2 and resonance-tuned circuit 3 has resistive inductance coil with electric steel core. Resonance-tuned circuit also has series-interconnected high-voltage diode connected in opposition to electron flow from starting tuned circuit 1, resonance-tuned inductance coil, and load resistor inserted between tuned-circuit points. ^ EFFECT: provision for maintaining continuous-wave resonance of emf and permanent current flow through tuned circuit. ^ 3 cl, 4 dwg
