PURPOSE: An evaluation method of the thermal transformation of piping is provided to evaluate whether the state of each spot of a pipe system is proper or not. CONSTITUTION: An evaluation method of the thermal transformation of piping is as follows. The state of the piping is compartmentalized into a free expansion part and a restraining part. Three dimensional displacement meters(P1,P2) are installed in two places. The deformation amount of three dimensional displacement meter is read. A linear expansion coefficient is obtained by dividing the deformation amount of three dimensional displacement meter by a distance. The thermal transformation structural analysis of piping is performed. The interpretation deformation amount and real deformation amount are compared.
