PURPOSE: A producing method of bean curd containing pig skin powder, and the bean curd are provided to secure the original taste, nutrition, and texture of the bean curd. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of bean curd containing pig skin powder comprises the following steps: washing soybeans, and dipping the soybean in water for soaking; grinding the soaked soybeans, and heating; filtering the heated and ground soybeans for separating soymilk and bean curd dregs; inserting 5-11wt% of pig skin powder into soft bean curd obtained by heating soymilk, and coagulating the mixture; and molding the mixture using a molding frame by compressing for 10 minutes.
