PURPOSE: A search service providing device and a method thereof are provided to assign a high time score to adjust the arrangement order of searched results. CONSTITUTION: A search word receiving unit(110) receives a search word from a user terminal. A searching unit(120) performs searching with the search word. The searching unit outputs a search result list including content. A search result list adjusting unit(130) adjusts the order of arranging the search result lilt based on a time score determined by a previous selection history of the user terminal. A search result list providing unit(140) provides the search result list to the user terminal.
