A wind mover includes a vertical shaft with fixation elements fixed on it in radial positions, there executive elements are fixed. Executive elements are arranged as hollow hemi-spheres, and fixation elements – as &Ggr;-like holders, at that the convex sections of the hollow hemispheres are attached to short arms, and the bases – to the long arms of the &Ggr;-like holders. The base of each hollow hemisphere is shifted with respect to segment of the vector of cross section of the center of the axis of rotation by/of diameter of hemisphere. |
