The invention relates to motor car construction and can be used to control the critical degree of contamination (clogging) of oil filters with a main filter element and a filter element of a bypass valve, cleanness of oil. In a method of control of critical contamination of an oil filter with main filter element and a filter element of a bypass valve, which includes installation of the filter on an engine with subsequent transmission of information with running engine about presence/absence of pressure in the oil system in the car compartment in the form of a visual signal, in the case of critical contamination of an oil filter in the car compartment with a sensor an audible and/or visual signal is actuated with subsequent or simultaneous switching oil supply to the engine through an emergency channel of oil supply. The invention provides for solving problem of critical contamination of the oil filter in off-line mode with switching to safe mode of operation, or decision-making to stop the engine, in spite of the psychophysical condition of the car driver. The method will prevent the engine failure, for example due to the driver's negligence, prevent its damage, and solve the problem of driving safety. |
