FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: device is referred to the dental appliances and can be used for single-piece release of gutta-percha posts, absorbing posts, fiberglass posts of different size and ISO conicity during obturation of root canal. The device contains cartridge for posts, mechanism for post separation and the frame outfitted with lengthwise passage with piston and two handles. One of the handles is hollow, hinged from the butt end on the frame, connected to the piston with hinge joint and spring-loaded relative to the frame. The handles are located at the distance of one hand grab from each other. The second handle is fixed tightly on the frame. The cartridge for posts is installed in the frame guides. The mechanism of the post separation activates the cylinder. The cylinder is located in the bottom of the cartridge and is outfitted on one side with ratchet and pawl and on the other side it is outfitted with element of fixation against self-induced crank. On the outer surface of the cylinder there are longitudinal grooves with diameter and length of the post. In the frame there is additional canal with the pawl parallel to the canal with the piston and the hole made in accordance with maximal length and diameter of post between guides for cartridge installation connected to the piston canal. The ratchet is placed on the pawl. Vertical grooves of the cylinder in upper position match the outlet of the cartridge and in lower position match the frame hole between guides for cartridge installation. The cartridge in cross section has the shape of the square changing into flattened cone changing into rectangle with the width equal to post diameter. The technical result of the invention is the ^ EFFECT: increase of use convenience, increase in duration of posts sterility maintenance and speed up of treatment. ^ 2 cl, 6 dwg |
