An evacuation device, in which for improvement of traction efforts during evacuation of a defective object a winch rope is used instead of a towing rope. On the winch rope break there is no rope breaking device with an insulated wire located in the internal part of the metallic belt of rope. To break the rope of towing winch in emergency for truck and crew detachment from the object of towing to be evacuated is performed by means of a device such as "guillotine" cutting the towing winch rope. |
