The louver (1) has two groups of fins (2, 3) arranged on a front face (1a), where the groups of fins are respectively traversed by flow of air exiting from and entering to an inner space. The fins extend across a passage of respective flow, and the front face is in a vertical plane. The fins include respective rectilinear main portions (2a, 3a) respectively inclined toward front of the louver at 35 and 45 degrees. An inclination angle is same for the fins of the given group. One of the groups of fins has an inclination angle different from that of another group. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a louver and pipe element assembly (2) a method for mounting a louver on a wall of frame.
