The adapter (20) has a first binding interface cooperating with a second binding interface that is secured to a rigid structure (10) of a connecting strut (4) of a turboshaft engine i.e. jet engine (2), where the turboshaft engine is arranged in front of a fan casing (12). Configuration of a third binding interface is different from that of the second binding interface. The third binding interface cooperates with a fourth binding interface that is secured to an aircraft element i.e. wing element (3). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a connecting strut comprising a first connection unit, and first and second binding interfaces forming a first group of fasteners (2) an engine assembly comprising a second connection unit, and third and fourth binding interfaces forming a second group of fasteners.
