The reducer has a coupling device provided with an idle pinion (41) mounted on a shaft (4) of the speed reducer connected in rotation to a driving shaft. A claw disk (5) is slidingly mounted and integrated in rotation on the shaft of the speed reducer. The claw disk comprises a tooth (53) engageable with fixed teeth (6), in a position of the claw disk, for blocking the rotation of the shaft of the speed reducer. The fixed teeth are integrated to a frame of the speed reducer, and a position sensor senses the sliding position of the claw disk.
