A method for selection of combination of antihypertension preparations for starting therapy in patients with hypertension in combination with diabetes mellitus of the 2 type comprises the prescription of antihypertension preparation. Preliminary the concentration of fibroblast growth factor (GFF) and insulin in blood are determined and at value of FGF concentration more than 31 µMU/ml, and insulin - more than 51 pg/ml the combination of spirapril in day dose 6 mg, amlodipin in day dose 10 mg, indapamide in a dose of 2.5 mg are prescribed. At the values of concentrations of FGF and insulin below than indicated, the combination of spirapril in day dose 6 mg and amlodipin in day dose 10 mg are prescribed. |
