PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing plant extract for preventing dark circle under eyes is provided to treat atopic dermatitis, allergy, eczema, and psoriasis. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for preventing dark circle and whitenign contaisn 80-90 wt% of bergamot water, 2-2/5 wt% of jojoba oil, 0.8-1.2 wt% of vitamin tree fruit extract, 1-5 wt% of cactus fruit extracts, 0.5-2 wt% of Portulacae Herba extracts, 0.5-1 wt% of Foeniculum vulgare fruit extract, 0.8-1.2 wt% of hyaluronic acid, 0.1-1 wt% of rosemary extract, and 0.5-2 wt% of VE.
