PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for simulating a pulse wave are provided to help a user to efficiently perform a previous practice. CONSTITUTION: A pulse wave simulating apparatus comprises a pulse wave generator and a contact part(40). The pulse wave generator operates a drive signal and generates vibration for simulating the pulse wave according to the drive signal. The drive signal is generated based on inputted pulse wave data by a user and stored pulse wave data. The contact part surrounds the pulse wave generator and transfer vibration from the pulse wave generator to press a plurality of contacts in a finger.
