The method involves heating coated aggregates for obtaining temperature of a binder at 60 to 90 degree Celsius, where the binder comprises an additive system including natural origin fat material and/or petroleum oil and vegetable oil. The binder is stored and compacted, where the binder includes void percentage along a EN 12697-8 standardlower than or equal to 13 percent and water sensibility greater than or equal to 60 percent. The binder includes compression resistance along a NF P 98-251-1 standardgreater than or equal to 60 percent.
