The device (1) has a transparent panel (2) including an outer face (3) and an inner face (4). The outer face constitutes a tactile information medium. Impression (5) of visual information is directly imposed on the inner face of the panel or on an element placed against the inner face of the panel. The impression is visible through the panel, where the visual information and the tactile information are positioned in correspondence or in juxtaposition to each other and cooperate with each other for obtaining the device. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an exterior positioning system comprising a tactile card and a visual card (2) an interior positioning system comprising area mark indicating position of a door of a building.
