FIELD: agricultural engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: this method can be applied for thrashing of cereal and oil-bearing crops. Vegetable mass is fed to a gap between a drum and a deck plate for thrashing; where it is moved along helicoidal line, and pressure is applied to it by operation surfaces of thrashing elements due to rotation-vibration movement of vegetable mass. During threshing the drum is not rotated, and pressure is applied to vegetable mass along overall annular space at least at two intensity levels - low and high - due to rotation-vibration movement of thrashing elements with various rotary speeds. First thrashing stage is performed at first 1/3 part of the threshing drum, and second stage (high) is performed in the rest part of the threshing drum. Vegetable mass movement along helicoidal line is provided due to rotational movement of the deck plate equipped with the guide plates located at its inside surface. ^ EFFECT: decrease of process energy intensity, increase in productivity and quality. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg |
