摘要 FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the method of decontamination of exit gas produced in the process of chloration of titaniferous raw material in the smelting chlorinating unit as well as to the methods of recycling of waste produced during the decontamination of exit gases. The method includes chlorination of raw material, two-stage treatment of gases first in the first step scrubber with water in the presence of bivalent metals chloride sols of concentration within 20-32% mass to the content of hydrogen chloride with concentration of 4.8-17.3% mass produced during the treatment of gases, the chloride solution is neutralized. The product is then filtered, the residue constituting of titanium and silicon compounds is forwarded to the chlorination and filtrate - to the first step scrubber. Then the gases are burnt if the furnace in the flow of hydrogen given the mass ratio of hydrogen to carbon oxide of 1:(3-7) and feed it to the treatment of gases into the scrubber of second step. The sodium chloride, concentration 200-300 g/l, produced in the process of treatment by sodium hydrate, is then forwarded to the membrane electrolysis process. The chlorine produced in the process of electrolysis of sodium hydrate is then forwarded to the chlorination, hydrogen - to the burning stage, and sodium hydrate - to the second stage of gas decontamination. ^ EFFECT: reduction of hazardous gases emission, recycle wastes without emissions into the atmosphere. ^ 7 cl
