A method for extraperitonozation of drainpipe at the external drainage of general bile duct. A drainpipe is removed outside through separate contraperture in right hypochondrium without pulling and fixed reliably to the skin, and then residues of gall bladder of serous coat existing after subserous cholecystectomy are sutured with key catgut sutures above the drainpipe.
