A complex of equipment for removal of clean coal from coal waste comprises a mixing tank with a drain, in front of which a conveyor belt is located for continuous supply of raw material, which connects the mixing tank to a loading tray, which receiving opening is fitted with a grid sieve, and the mixing tank is made inclined in the direction of drain in the form of two half-cylinders, in each of which the oppositely rotating augers with cut-off sectors in the blades are installed along the entire length of the mixing tank. Drain from the mixing tank is directed to the vibration table with the holes on the working surface installed with a slight slope and over which there are nozzles for spraying water onto the vibration table, under which the tray is located, which drain is directed to an inclined screw hydraulic classifier with cut radial holes in the blades, behind which the second inclined vibration table is located. The inclined ends of both vibration tables are directed to the unloading conveyor belt, under the cantilever end of which a scraper in the form of a transverse bar is located, as well as at the end of the first vibration table an auger device is perpendicularly located. |
