A method for obtaining rape protein isolate includes shredding rape-seed cake, extracting proteins, separating solid particles of the cake from protein extract, settling the proteins with a solution of hydrochloric acid, isolating the proteins and drying. Extraction is carried out with a solution of sodium hydroxide. After separating the solid particles the protein extract is supplemented with sodium hexametaphosphate. |
