FIELD: metal welding. ^ SUBSTANCE: welding premix torch comprises: a casing shell (2) with the possibility of installing a heating device in the combustion chamber (4), furthermore, the casing shell (2) is fitted with a torch head (3) where the air-fuel mixture, fed to the combustion chamber (4), is burned. The torch head has the section (3a) shaped as a spherical dome, where the height (H) of the dome is less than the diameter (D) of the sphere. The height (H) of the dome is less than the half of the dome's base circle diameter (D1). The torch head (3) is made either from metal, or perforated metal sheet, or in the form of metal grating, or from fiber. The torch has a fastener and its slot for fastening the torch head (3) to the head mounting flange (8). Furthermore, the fastener and the slot have at least one mounting seat (16) on the flange (8) in the form of a cradle and at least one perimetric edge segment, whereas the mounting seat (16) is capable of clinging with the said edge segment and of limited slipping, thus fastening the head (3) to the flange (8), at the same time allowing the head (3) to extend freely, particularly, in relation to the mounting seat (16). The welding torch has a device for directing the air-fuel mixture to the torch head (3), the said device comprises a wall (12) positioned inside the dome away from the dome's inner surface, furthermore, the air-fuel flow is directed towards the torch head between the head (3) surface and the wall (12), whereas the wall is positioned coaxially with the head (3) and is warped towards the torch head (3). A distribution chamber (11) is positioned between the wall (12) and the torch head (3) to feed the air-fuel mixture into the torch head (3). ^ EFFECT: torch head can expand, increasing the torch functional reliability. ^ 21 cl, 8 dwg |
