PURPOSE: A beverage containing a pine-nut tree extract, and a producing method thereof are provided to remove the astringent taste of pine-nut tree ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a beverage containing a pine-nut tree extract comprises the following steps: crushing pine-nut leaves; extracting the pine-nut leaf extract from the crushed pine-nut leaves; extracting pine-nuts to obtain a pine-nut extract; mixing 0.5-20% of pine-nut extract and 0.5-20% of pine-nut leaf extract; adding 1.5-2.5% of pine-nut branch extract into the mixture; and adding carbonic acid to the mixed extract.
