FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: this invention covers production method of a rice product enriched with nutrients, and its finished product. It includes production of rice grains essentially free from corcles, production of plant fragments chosen from the group comprising corcles of rice, wheat, maize or its mix; attaching of at least these corcles to the specified rice grains, and/or at least partial inclusion of the corcles into grain by mixing specified rice grains and specified corcles. Such mixing is performed immediately before packaging, herewith corcle separation from grain shall be avoided due to friction or shock during further processing of the enriched grain. ^ EFFECT: production of a rice product enriched with nutrients, which can be used for domestic animals feedstuff. ^ 18 cl, 4 dwg |
