PURPOSE: An integration sphere photometer and a measuring method thereof are provided to obtain an effect of equalizing the space response of an integration sphere. CONSTITUTION: An integration sphere photometer comprises optical detectors(112a,112b,112c,112d), an integration sphere(102), light blocking layers(124), a photometer(114), and an adjusting part(150). The integration sphere includes penetration holes(122a,122b,122c,122d) which are formed to correspond to the optical detectors. The light blocking layers are arranged inside the integration sphere. The photometer is arranged in the penetration hole. The adjusting part adjusts an output signal of the optical detectors.
