TECHNIQUE FOR PANCREATOJEJUNOANASTOMOSIS IN SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH CANCER OF HEAD OF PANCREAS AND PERIAMPULLARY AREA

摘要

A technique for pancreatojejunoanastomosis in the surgical treatment of the patients with cancer of head of pancreas and periampullary area provides for generating pancreatojejunoanastomosis by separating the capsule of pancreas at the site within of the projection of its neck along the upper edge of pancreas. Following the resection of organocomplex with cancer the sutures for generating the last row of the external layer of pancreatojejunoanastomosis are applied through the remnant of the separated capsule of pancreas.
